Weekly Digest links to THPC result in error

When setting up an Email Notification (“Weekly Digest”), the generated email includes a table of events where each row has a clickable link available via the arrow icon next to the timestamp. When clicking this link, THPC opens but shows an error page instead of loading the intended content. Also table is cut short when row count exceeds 50 - please include file with total row count also.
