THPC 2.0 Ideas

The connection speed between THPC and the machine appears to be comparable to that of Thermoplan Connect 1.0. The machine receives signals from the server quickly, but the upload back to THPC introduces noticeable delays. In internal testing, when requesting remote access to a machine, there is typically a 5–10 second delay before the machine receives the request. After tapping “Approve” on the machine display, it takes another 5–10 seconds for THPC to register the response and display “Connecting.” Following that, it takes over 2 minutes to establish the connection, and in most cases, the session times out before the connection is successful. This test was conducted using the “Low” stream quality setting and a fast, stable internet connection on the machine. In cases where a connection is successfully established, the machine registers a virtual touch within 1 second, but THPC reflects the change with a 1–2 second delay. This is acceptable, but improving speed would be appreciated.
