Invitation mails for known users

As I rebuild our tenant setting, I created new tenants below existing tenants and set our own user as main user. Everytime the new tenant is created, I get a invitation mail to activate my account, but it is our main account, so I don't need to activate it.
Please check, why we get invitation/activation mails for no new user accounts.
