When installing software, it seems that some machines do not reflect that the software has been updated, even though Thermoplan 1.0 indicates that the installation was successful. For example, our machine 200155581 was updated from version 1.31.0 to 1.33.0, but still shows the status “Installing” in the Installation Logs. Would it be possible to resolve this status issue? Additionally, could the system provide more detailed insight into the installation process? For example, instead of the current “Step X/3” format, it could show specific stages such as “Downloading software”, “Installing software”, “Waiting for machine”, or “Installation failed”.
