Enable reset of water filter and preventive maintenance alarms via THPC for authorized users

There is currently no option to remotely reset water filter alarms or preventive maintenance (PM) alarms via THPC, which limits the ability to manage service-related workflows efficiently. In practice, there are scenarios where technicians or partners replace filters or perform maintenance on-site without immediate system interaction, and the system continues to show active alarms until manually handled through other means. It should be possible for specific authorized user roles (e.g. Admins / Partners, but not standard end customers) to reset these alarms directly in THPC. This functionality should be governed by controlled access and include safeguards such as role-based permissions and action logging. Additionally, the reset action should trigger a follow-up mechanism, for example a notification or confirmation request, asking the user who performed the reset to confirm whether the filter replacement or service activity has actually been completed.
