Personal Account Scope
All exports in Data Exports are strictly tied to the personal user account that created them. This means that schedules and export history entries are only visible to the user who created them. Other users on the same tenant, as well as users on child tenants, cannot see, access, or manage exports that belong to a different account.

For example, if a user creates a daily export, this export will not appear in the Schedules or Exports History of any other user, even if they share the same tenant or have access to the same machines. Each user manages their own exports independently.

Important: Exports are personal and cannot be shared with other users. If multiple users need access to the same data, each user must create their own export.
