THPC 2.0 Ideas

Can some events be more specified when viewing a data export? For example if cleaning has failed it can have various reasons but those are currently not specified. It would be handy for clients to have more insight in why it failed so they can train/inform their staff to prevent/minimise this in the future. The reason for the event can be found when inspecting individual machines but this is not feasible when managing an entire fleet of machines.
