To better support customers, it would be highly valuable if Thermoplan 2.0 included access to a combined machine log that consolidates all relevant data in one view, such as product logs, manual rinses, auto-rinses, error logs, and similar information. Currently in THPC 1.0, these logs are available but separated, making it harder to get a full overview when diagnosing issues. Additionally, it would improve usability if clicking on a specific log entry would automatically copy the error code or message to the clipboard. These messages are important for supporting technical staff, but in THPC 1.0, copying detailed messages (especially tooltip text) is inconvenient. Ideally, these error codes could also be linked to suggested troubleshooting actions (e.g., “Customer can try...” guidance), which would greatly support helpdesk and technical support workflows.
