is good to made like the old version for better troubleshooting also better review of the machine for service also if you can add reset service and water counter remotely

We’re already planning to integrate the Product and Events overview into the new version of THPC.
Regarding your request to reset the service counter and the water filter counter remotely:
Could you briefly explain the reason why you would like to perform this action remotely?
These counters are intended to be reset only during on-site service, and in this specific case, it seems that someone was physically present at the machine and performed the service.
We’re already planning to integrate the Product and Events overview into the new version of THPC.
